This cold climate project is a hostel block for researchers and scientists where sustainable practices are to be incorporated right from the beginning to achieve a sustainable design and to carry forward this methodology to the construction of the project. The principles of passive design and integration of appropriate material technology is being given priority in this project where the team is chasing a super-efficient and responsible construction project.
