  • Interior Designer: fluent with design software packages such as CAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, etc. with minimum 2 years experience in handling interior design projects. B.Arch or equivalent with excellent communication skills.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Present our company to potential clients
    • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations.
    • Manage all steps of the selling process; coordinate complex decision-making in order to overcome objections to closure.
    • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
    • Good Communication and negotiation skills
    • Time management and planning skills
    • Prepare formal proposals and present to decision makers within customer organizations
    • Prepare status update reports for running projects and apprise clients of progress

    • Assistant Manager - Operations
    Vertical: Operations / Business Development

    Candidates with very good experience in facility management, audit and training part will be considered.


    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • The AM-Operations will be responsible for the entire operations of the Facilities Management Sites and the Commercial Interiors Sites.
    • The person will be responsible for creating and implementing business development strategies and overseeing activities that ensure the contract delivers to acceptable standards.
    • He shall be responsible in developing relationship & business generation.
    • He shall be responsible for appointing manpower suppliers and managing manpower deployment to company standards at respective sites.
    • He shall conduct regular facility audits to ensure contract compliance on sites
    • He shall be responsible for Overdue Collections & Revenue generation process.
    • Continuous follow up with the customers and building & retaining client relationships through continuous follow up with clients for their requirements.
    • Conducting market review / studies and analyzing competitor’s activities thereby devising strategies to counter them.

    • The role will also involve setting staffing levels in compliance with business specifications and monitoring them to enable the delivery of efficient and effective services.

  • Green Building Intern

    Architecture Students / Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply for a challenging position at RdD. The position is for our office in Indirapuram (Delhi NCR).


    Key Responsibilities:
    • Write, edit and produce technical reports, presentations and guidance related to green and healthy building topics.
    • Conduct presentations (both virtual and in-person) on indoor environment and building science topics.
    • Develops guidelines, information, and educational resources related to green building rating systems
    • Completes green building documentation on projects
    • Performs green building credit calculations using standard templates of LEED/GRIHA


    Skills & Experience:
    • Architect / Current Student of Architecture
    • Familiarity with IGBC / GRIHA / LEED green building rating systems
    • Knowledge of Indian and International codes and standards such as ECBC, ASHRAE, NBC, etc
    • Basic understanding of daylight, heat transfer, window systems, various energy efficiency measures (EEMs)
    • Working knowledge of best practices and latest research for high-performance building and design

    • Green Building Analyst

    Architect with strong interest in the design of environmentally sustainable structures is required to work on different green building projects for rating systems such as LEED. IGBC and GRIHA. The work requires an individual with exceptional software and creative skills for producing technical reports and presentations. The position is for our offices in Preet Vihar/Indirapuram (Delhi NCR).


    Key Responsibilities:
    • Write, edit and produce technical reports, presentations and guidance related to green and healthy building topics.
    • Translate technical building design, retrofit, assessment and mitigation information for communication to consumer audiences.
    • Perform energy modelling and daylight simulations using software such as eQUEST, Ecotect, etc. and prepare technical reports from results.
    • Conduct presentations (both virtual and in-person) on indoor environment and building science topics.
    • Assist with the development of new business and the preparation of proposals.
    • Program design, including identification, analysis and selection of appropriate energy efficiency measures and development of effective delivery strategies
    • Excellent knowledge of Indian and International codes and standards such as ECBC, ASHRAE, NBC, etc.
    • Excellent understanding of daylight, heat transfer, window systems, various energy efficiency measures (EEMs)
    • Basic knowledge of common energy and MEP systems

    Skills & Experience:
    • Architect / exceptional engineering graduate
    • Bachelor's /Master's degree (preferred)
    • Industry certifications (such as GRIHA Trainer/Evaluator, IGBC AP, LEED AP), professional affiliations, and publications.
    • Experience working with or in the building industry and experience explaining green building and healthy home design, construction and retrofit concepts to consumers.
    • Ability to understand and explain building science concepts that contribute to healthy buildings to industry professionals.
